REGISTRATIONS:

  • Registrations online from Friday August 15th, 2025 at 12:00pm until Monday February 9th, 2026 at 11:59pm.
  • Registrations possible on site on February 13th, 14th and 15th, 2026 (same place and time as for the kit pickup – see “Skier info” tab)) without guarantee of classification in the desired wave.
  • Change of race, wave or other possible on site, for a fee of $30.

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:

Group Discount
– Any group of 10 or more participants is entitled to a 10% discount on all races they register for.
– The group must be formed at the time of the first participant’s registration.
– This discount is valid until the second price increase (for 2026: until January 12, 2026).

Other Occasional Discounts
Additional discounts may be offered from time to time. They will be announced on the Gatineau Loppet website.

Non-Cumulative
Discounts cannot be combined, but may apply to the early-bird rates listed in the registration fee table.


WAVE SEEDING:
– Wave seeding (A to D) is determined according to the rules in effect for the 27 km and 50 km races.
– A $30 fee applies to any wave change after the initial seeding, and only if the change is granted following the submission of new race results.


REFUND AND REGISTRATION DEFERRAL:
No refunds or deferrals will be granted, regardless of the reason (medical or otherwise).
Important: Currently, no cancellation insurance is available. We are in discussions with our service provider to offer this option to participants. While there is no guarantee it will be available for the 2026 edition, you may wait until December 1 (before the first price increase) to register if you wish to add this insurance at registration, should it become available in the coming weeks.

Event Change:
– Possible up to 14 days before the event date.
– If the new event has a lower registration fee than the original, no refund will be issued.
– Changes must be made online via Race Roster. Fees may apply.

Transfer of Registration to Another Participant:
– Possible until the second price increase (for 2026: until January 12, 2026).
– Must be done online via Race Roster. Fees may apply.
