REGISTRATIONS:

  • Registrations online from Friday April 3rd, 2026 at 12:00pm until Monday February 15th, 2027 at 11:59pm.
  • Registrations possible on site on February 19th, 20th and 21st, 2027 (same place and time as for the kit pickup – see “Skier info” tab) without guarantee of classification in the desired wave.
  • Change of race, wave or other possible on site, for a fee of $30.

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:

Group Discount
– Any group of 10 or more participants is entitled to a 10% discount on all races they register for.
– The group must be formed at the time of the first participant’s registration.
– This discount is valid until the second price increase (for 2026: until January 11, 2027).

Other Occasional Discounts
Additional discounts may be offered from time to time. They will be announced on the Gatineau Loppet website.

Non-Cumulative
Discounts cannot be combined, but may apply to the early-bird rates listed in the registration fee table.


WAVE SEEDING:

– It will be possible to request preferential seeding only during the online registration period. The deadline to submit a preferential seeding request is therefore set for Monday, February 15th at 11:59 p.m.

Wave seeding (A to D) is determined according to the rules in effect for the all races.
– A $30 fee applies to any wave change after the initial seeding, and only if the change is granted following the submission of new race results.


REFUND AND REGISTRATION DEFERRAL:

Registration Policy

1. No refunds or deferrals of registration will be granted to any participant, regardless of the reason (medical or otherwise). In the event of a full or partial cancellation of the Event for any reason (for example, weather conditions, terrorist acts, or a pandemic), registrations are non-refundable. Under all circumstances, donations are forwarded directly to the designated organization and are irrevocable (non-refundable).

2. At the time of registration, we offer a low-cost protection plan to safeguard your purchase against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from participating in the Event. The protection plan does not cover cancellation of the Event.

3. Participants may change events online up to 14 days prior to the Event, provided that the maximum capacity of the new event has not been reached. If the new event is of lower cost than the original registration, no refund will be issued for any reason. All event changes must be completed online through the Race Roster registration system. Fees may apply for any event change.

5. Registrations may be transferred online to another participant up until the second price increase (for 2026 : until January 11th 2027). All transfers must be completed online through the Race Roster registration system. Fees may apply for any transfer.
